"Ridiculous Prices for Mediocre Food"
The food options were disappointing. Everything felt overpriced for what you actually got, and the drinks were just not good. Charging that much for such average food is kind of ridiculous.

"Not exactly easy to navigate"
I don’t want to sound overly picky, but getting around this place was kind of frustrating. The layout wasn’t very clear, and access felt a bit rough in spots. Maybe others figured it out faster, but for me it just wasn’t as straightforward as it should’ve been...

"Great music, but the entry situation could be better"
I had a fun time overall, and the music was great. That said, getting in took way longer than I expected, and some of the signs were confusing. I’ve been to similar events before where the lines moved a lot smoother, so this felt a bit messy in comparison. The staff did help when they could, but I really wish the whole setup had been more organized...

"I’m not sure what was going on, but..."
I’m not sure what was going on, but the communication was frustrating. I sent a few emails and either didn’t hear back or got a really late reply that didn’t really explain anything. It kind of felt like once my order was placed, nobody was too interested in helping anymore.

"Muddy sound and a underwhelming setup..."
The sound was really muddy... it was hard to enjoy the performance when everything felt so unclear. The stage setup didn’t help either, it just looked kind of cheap and low-effort.

"i was about to buy something, but..."
i was about to buy something, but i just didn’t feel good about entering my card info. the security details weren’t really clear, and the whole checkout felt a little sketchy to me. maybe it’s totally fine, but i didn’t want to take the chance, so i left before finishing the order

"Crowd vibe was not it"
I really went in hoping to have a good time, but the crowd kind of killed the whole mood for me. It was way too packed, people were constantly pushing through like nobody else existed, and there was so much drunk yelling that I kept thinking, come on now, where are the chill reggae vibes?
Maybe I just ended up there on the wrong day, but it felt more stressful than fun. I was expecting a laid-back, friendly festival crowd, and instead I left feeling disappointed.

"Sooo not worth the money"
The tickets were waaay too expensive for what it ended up being. I was expecting something way bigger or more exciting for the price, but once we got there it felt basic.

The food and drinks inside were also ridiculously overpriced, and the loooong lines just made it more annoying. It felt like every time we turned around, there was another extra cost for something small.

I really do love reggae, so I wanted to enjoy it, but it just didn’t feel like good value at all. I wouldn’t buy tickets again unless the prices came down a loooot

"Frustrating ticket buying experience"
Trying to buy tickets on reggaeriseup.com was way more annoying than it needed to be. The site kept freezing right when I was checking out, and I had to re-enter my info multiple times, which got old fast.
The fees also didn’t show up until late in the process, so the final price felt kind of sneaky. Support took a while to respond and mostly gave me vague promises about “looking into it” without actually fixing anything. I’d avoid using it again if I have another option.

"The lineup just didn’t feel worth the ticket"
I mainly bought my tickets because I was hoping for a solid reggae lineup, but once everything was announced, it felt underwhelming. There were just too many names I wasn’t excited about and not enough of the bigger acts I expected.
Reading between the lines, it kind of seemed like they filled out the schedule with a bunch of random openers and tried to pass it off as a full festival lineup. For what the tickets cost, I really thought it would be stronger.

I’m sure some people still had a good time, but for me it was a letdown. I definitely won’t be buying early again unless I know the lineup first.
